Nestled in the pristine landscape of Shatsky National Nature Park, the 2025 edition of Svitiaz Iron Wave 70.3 became one of the most fiercely contested triathlons of the Ukrainian season. Triathletes gathered from across the country to test themselves in the country’s cleanest lake and over a grueling half-distance course.

On the women’s side, Yevheniia Ovcharenko (Suffer) proved untouchable in the second half of the race, storming past her rivals to win in 4:44:39, another course record. Anastasiia Ihnatkina and Anastasiia Derevliova rounded out the podium after strong swims and resilient riding.
