Sprint. Subaru Triatman Series — Results

On June 1st, the town of Ukrainka (Kyiv region) hosted a spectacular event — the Ukrainian Paratriathlon Championship and Ukrainian Age-Group Sprint Triathlon Championship. The sprint alone brought together over 200 athletes, making it one of the biggest national triathlon starts of the season!

Men’s Race
Pavlo Perebyinis and Oleksandr Khadyko exited the swim neck and neck and led into T1. Hot on their heels, 20 seconds back, were Ihor Polyvanyi and Oleksandr Osichuk. A chasing pack including Anton Lytvynenko, Dmytro Stetsyuk, and Mykyta Nahornyi arrived at T1 one minute later.

On the run, Khadyko pulled away to claim victory. Polyvanyi surged into second, while Lytvynenko charged through the field to grab third. Rounding out the top five were Osichuk and Stetsyuk, with the overall top 10 completed by Perebyinis, Nahornyi, Mykhailo Boiko, Maksym Babych, and Artem Hlazunov.

Women’s Race
Twenty-eight women lined up for the sprint triathlon. Anastasiia Chernenko delivered a masterclass in the swim, exiting the water 20 seconds ahead of Yana Vasianovych. Chernenko maintained her lead through the bike, but Vasianovych — alongside Anastasiia Hetman and Tanya Korol — began to close the gap on the run. Vasianovych unleashed a dominant run to secure victory in the women’s overall, with Hetman second and Chernenko taking third. Rounding out the top five were Korol and Yelyzaveta Dyachenko, with the top 10 completed by Anastasiia Derevliova, Zhena Ovcharenko, Iryna Krotova, Marychka-Viktoriia Chaban, Halyna Shchudliak, and Nataliia Musulega. (Note: no formal awards ceremony was held for the overall standings.)

The Sis Ukraine Multisport team — Hlib Dolzhykov, Andrii Churanov, and Ihor Kozakevych — took the relay win. Serhii Kurochkin and Rodion Kuznetsov finished as runners-up, with the AerostarTeamOne trio of Viktor Sasin, Serhii Kostiuk, and Anton Yemets completing the podium.
